Here is the checklist of financial documents our SBA lenders require:
• A detailed business plan
• 3 years of forward projections with assumptions
• Past 3 years of filed business tax returns
• Past 3 years of filed personal tax returns
• Interim financial statements for 2025
(Year-to-date P&L, Balance Sheet and Debt schedule).
• The last six months of bank statements
• Personal Financial Statement (actually, a part of the application)
• Copies of State Filings for the formation of your business
• Copy of Front and Back of Driver’s License
• Invoice/Quote for the purchase of your target purchases
• The Documents Listed Below to be completed
